            SLGF PUD (Planned Unit Development), Concept Development Plan, Lots M and P, Block 1, O.J.’s Addition
            (loc. at 3614 13th Ave N and 3615 Gateway Dr)

 

3.2       Public Hearing & Second Reading of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from the
            Columbia Park West PUD (Planned Unit Development), Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 3 and to
            include within the Columbia Park West PUD, Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 4, all of Columbia
            Park 22nd, 23rd, and 28th Additions, Columbia Park 28th Resubdivision and Johnson’s West Addition.

3.4       Public Hearing & Second Reading of Ordinance to rezone and exclude from the Highland Point PUD
           (Planned Unit Development), Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 2 and to include within the
           Highland Point PUD, Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 3, all of Highland Point First Addition
           and Highland Point Fifth Resubdivision
           (The developer has withdrawn this item.  Staff will be asking for it to be tabled at the meeting.)

            (Note: Following the meeting and further review by staff and concurrence of the Mayor, it was decided to table                 this item for further research.  A request to table this item will be made at the City Council meeting on May 15.)

4.1       Resolution authorizing the issuance of Revenue Bonds on behalf of Altru Health System and calling for a public
            hearing.

 

4.2       Application for Class 3 (On & Off Sale Beer & Wine) Alcoholic Beverage License - Half Brothers Brewing
           Company, LLC, located at 17 N 3rd St

 

4.3       Amendment of Grand Forks City Code Section 9-0108 regarding Possession of Marijuana (medical marijuana)
