3-1       (Public Hearing) Matter of the request from Simonson Station Stores, Inc. for  approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Contractors Shop in a B-3(General Business) District on Lots 1-12, Block 1, Villard’s Addition to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located at 708 South Washington Street. (This item has been withdrawn by the applicant)

3-2       (Final) (Public Hearing) Matter of the request from the Planning and Community Development Department for final approval of an ordinance to amend the text of the Land Development Code, Chapter XVIII of the Grand Forks City Code of 1987, as amended, amending Article 2, Zoning, Section 18-0211, R-4 (Multiple-Family Residence, High Density District), Subsection (3) Conditional Uses, relating to mixed-use development.

3-3       (Final) (Public Hearing) Matter of the request from Pribula Engineering, PLLC, on behalf of Violet Korynta Theis, for the final approval of the Tri-State First Addition to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located at North 69th Street and 24th Avenue North.

3-5       (Final) Matter of the request from AE2S ( on behalf of Bank Forward) to vacate the 25 Foot Ingress/Egress Utility Easement as part of the Plat of Southern Estates 6th Addition to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at South Columbia Road and 47th Avenue South.

 3-7       Matter of the request from IconHD, on behalf of St. Michael’s Catholic School, for approval of an appeal to the sign code as provided for in Section 18-0301.1 of the Grand Forks Land Development Code, more specifically to allow a larger ground monument sign in a R-4 District in the City of Grand Forks, ND, located at 504 5th Avenue North.  

3-8       Matter of the request from PACES Lodging Corporation, on behalf of Bucks of Grand Forks LLC, for approval of Parking Reductions for transit and bicycle accommodations for Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, Columbia Park 17th Addition to the City of Grand Forks, ND, located at 1970 South Columbia Road.

4-2       Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd. (on behalf of Crary Development, Inc.) for the preliminary approval of the Crary’s Sixth Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at Cherry Street and 58th Avenue South.

4-3       Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd. (on behalf of Crary Development, Inc.) for preliminary approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from Crary’s Second Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Development Plan, and to include within Crary’s Second PUD (Planned unit Development), Concept Development Plan Amendment No. 1, Crary’s Sixth Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located at Cherry Street and 58th Avenue South..

4-4       Matter of the request from Crary Development Inc. for approval of a request to annex any part of Lot 1, Block 8, Crary’s Sixth Resubdivision, to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, not previously annexed and unplatted parts of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 151 North, Range 50 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, located at Cherry Street and 58th Avenue South

4-5       Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd (on behalf of Fowler 318 LLC) for approval of the Replat of Lots 1-3 and 5, Block 1 of Columbia Mall 2nd Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at Columbia Road and 24th Avenue South.

4-6       Matter of the request from the Planning and Community Development Department, on behalf of the City of Grand Forks, for preliminary approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from the A-2 (Agricultural Urban Reserve) District and to include within the I-2 (Heavy Industrial) District, Lot 1, Block 2, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 31, to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located at 995 South 58th Street.
