3-1       (FINAL) (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd. (on behalf of Crary Development, Inc.) for the final approval of the Crary’s Sixth Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at Cherry Street and 58th Avenue South.

3-2       (FINAL) (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd. (on behalf of Crary Development, Inc.) for final approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from Crary’s Second Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Development Plan, and to include within Crary’s Second PUD (Planned unit Development), Concept Development Plan Amendment No. 1, Crary’s Sixth Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located at Cherry Street and 58th Avenue South..

3-3       (FINAL) (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd (on behalf of Fowler 318 LLC) for final approval of the Replat of Lots 1-3 and 5, Block 1 of Columbia Mall 2nd Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at Columbia Road and 24th Avenue South.

3-4       (FINAL) (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from the Planning and Community Development Department, on behalf of the City of Grand Forks, for final approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from the A-2 (Agricultural Urban Reserve) District and to include within the I-2 (Heavy Industrial) District, Lot 1, Block 2, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 31, to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located at 995 South 58th Street. 

3-5       (FINAL) (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd. (on behalf of Global Dakota LLC) for the final approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from the B-2 (Shopping Center District) and to include within the B-3 (General Business District), Lot B, Block 1 Drees Place Addition to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at 1800 South Washington Street. 

3-6       Matter of the request from Abe Sakak, Global Dakota LLC, for approval of a shared parking agreement on Lot B, Block 1, Drees Place Addition to the City of Grand Forks, ND, located at 1800 South Washington Street.

3-7       (FINAL) (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from the Planning and Community Development Department, on behalf of the City of Grand Forks, for final approval of an ordinance to amend the text of the Land Development Code, Chapter XVIII of the Grand Forks City Code of 1987, as amended, amending Sections 18-0101 and 18-0102 relating to Appointment; Membership, Term of Office and Compensation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.  

3-8       (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from Buell Consulting (on behalf of Verizon Wireless) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit at 404 N. 25th Street for the purpose of construction a Wireless Communications tower.

3-9       (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from Buell Consulting (on behalf of Verizon Wireless) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Lots E & F of the Replat of Washington View Addition to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at 3325 Washington Street South for the purpose of construction a Wireless Communications tower.

3-10     (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from Buell Consulting (on behalf of Verizon Wireless) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Lot 12, Block 1 Danks Second Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at 1200 South 42nd Street for the purpose of construction a Wireless Communications tower.

3-11     (PUBLIC HEARING) Matter of the request from Homes Period, LLC. and Krissey Varnson for approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate a hair salon in the R-4 Multi-Family District on Lots 9 and 11, Block B, Budge and Eshelman’s 2nd Addition to the City of Grand Forks, ND, located at 1112 2nd Avenue North.

3-12     Matter of the request from Mark Johnson, Facilities Management Department, on behalf of University of North Dakota, for approval of a request for a street name change in unplatted parts Grand Forks Township.  The request is to change the name from Stanford Road to Strinden Road from University Avenue to Campus Road.

4.         Communications and Preliminary Approvals:

4-1       Matter of the petition from Resource Management LLP for approval to vacate parts of an alley and North 7th Street right-of-way lying within Block 57 of Alexander & Ives Addition, subject to continued use of parts thereof as a ingress/egress and utility easement.

4-2       Matter of the request from Widseth, Smith, & Nolting (on behalf of Resource Management) for preliminary approval of the Resubdivision of Part of Lots 19-26, Block 57 Alexander & Ives Addition to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota located at 8th Avenue North and North 7th Street.

4-3       Matter of the request from Miller Holdings, for preliminary approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from the R-4 (Multiple-Family Residence, High Density District) and B-3 (General Business District), and  to include within the SLGF PUD (Planned Unit Development), Concept Development Plan, Lots M and P, Block 1, O.J.’s Addition to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located at 3614 13th Avenue North and 3615 Gateway Drive.

4-4       Matter of the request from MAK Properties for preliminary approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to rezone and exclude from the Columbia Park West PUD (Planned Unit Development), Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 3 and to include within the Columbia Park West PUD, Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 4, all of Columbia Park 22nd , 23rd , and 28th Additions, Columbia Park 28th Resubdivision, and Johnson’s West Addition, all to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located on 32nd Avenue South, west of Interstate 29.

4-5       Matter of the request from CPS, Ltd, (on behalf of Crary Properties, LLC.) for preliminary approval of an ordinance to amend the zoning map to exclude from the Highland Point PUD (Planned Unit Development), Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 2 and to include within the Highland Point PUD, Concept Development Plan, Amendment No. 3, all of Highland Point First Addition and Highland Point Fifth Resubdivision to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, located between 36th Avenue South and 40th Avenue South, between South 20th Street and South Washington Street.
