Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2017, 10:30 AM in Room A102 of City Hall:

 

  1. Katie Kvislen & Stacey Kemp, 5355 W Lanark Dr, have made a request for a variance to the yard requirements [Section 18-0304 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a deck onto the dwelling.Legal Description:Lot 42, Block 8, Congressional 2nd Resubdivision.

                                  

  2. Chad & Stacey Johnson, 1011 22nd Ave S, have made a request for a variance to the impervious surface area coverage and accessory building requirements [Sections 18-0209(7) and 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a detached garage.Legal Description:Lot 9, Block 10, Cox’s Addition.

     

  3. Ault Construction, LLC on behalf of Alan & Carol Johnson, 914 Boyd Dr, has made a request for a variance to the front yard setback requirements [Section 18-0209(8) of the Land Development Code] in order to build a front porch.Legal Description:Lot 11, Block 6, Boyd’s Addition.

     

  4. Affinity Builders, LLC, 5248 S 14th St, has made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property.Legal Description:Lot B, Block 1, Zavorals 1st Addition.

     

  5. Todd Herz, 1812 N 4th St, has made a request for a variance to the impervious surface area coverage requirements [Section 18-0209(7) of the Land Development Code] in order to build a detached garage.Legal Description:50’ x 140’ of Lot 15, Block 2, Baukol’s Subdivision.

     

  6. Manke Properties, LLC, 1321 S Washington St, has made a request for a variance to the parking lot setback and bufferyard requirements [Sections 18-0302 & 18-0309 of the Land Development Code] in order to expand the parking lot.Legal Description:South 120’ of Lot 5, Less part to Highway, Block 1, Fladland’s Addition.

     

  7. Andrew & Roberta Benson, on behalf of Deacon’s Development, LLP, 5496 S 14th St, have made a request for a variance to the impervious surface area coverage and accessory building requirements [Sections 18-0207(7) and 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property.Legal Description:Lot L, Block 1, Zavoral’s 1st Addition.
