NOTICE TO CALL FOR BIDS

 
Sealed bids for the Gazebo Construction Project #7774 will be received until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 1 at the office of the Director of Finance and Administrative Services in City Hall, 255 North 4th Street, in the City of Grand Forks, ND, at which time and place they will be publicly open and read. Project scope of work includes the following work: provide all materials and labor for the construction and installation of a vinyl gazebo structure, as described herein and on the included plans.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Each sealed envelope containing bids shall be clearly marked on the outside:

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bid. The Bidder shall submit his/her bid on the forms provided by the Owner. All blank spaces on the bid forms, including the Bidder’s address and authorized signature, must be correctly entered in ink.
