The City of Grand Forks will begin picking up discarded Christmas trees on January 2, 2013. Residents are asked to leave trees on their berm with all wooden stands and plastic bags removed from the trees.

The discarded Christmas trees will be recycled and used as covering at the landfill. For more information contact the Public Works Department at 701-738-8740.
