Present: Contractor working on Columbia Road to Fire Station outside lanes, doing repairs and night work at intersection. Work also underway on catch basins and pedestrian ramps. Pavement grinding underway 6pm to 6am.

Kennedy Bridge Rehabilitation
Replace west abutment, all concrete deck/roadway, structure painting
Traffic reduced to one lane in each direction. Bridge to be closed tor 3 days twice each year during paving operations.
Present:Traffic lanes moved to the north half of the bridge.Bridge raised onto temporary pier. Construction of new pier underway. Bridge to be lowered onto replacement pier. First deck pour scheduled for July 28.

Reconstruction of Columbia Rd (40th-47th AS)
Construct 4 lane divided highway from south of 40th Ave S through intersection at 47th Ave S. A traffic signal and turn lanes will be constructed at 47th Ave S.
The roadway between the two intersections will be closed until completed. The intersection at 47th Ave S. will be closed for a 30 day period between July 17 and August 16 to allow for 2 lanes to be completed and intersection opened.

Bridge Deck Overlay at University/I-29
Top few inches of deck milled off and failed spots of deck below this level being patched. Work underway to repair railing on south side of bridge. New concrete surface to be poured. Curb/rail on south side to be repaired due to damage from I-29 over-height load. One lane of traffic to be open during construction and will be controlled by temporary signals.
Pour of South half of deck scheduled for July 12.
